What I've discovered is that I genuinely enjoy solving problems, especially the tricky ones that pop up when you least expect them. I've helped reduce onboarding times from 60+ days to 30, led my most recent team through multiple organizational and software transitions, and built L&D programs that people can carry with them throughout their careers. My approach centers on transparent communication, always learning something new, and finding ways to make even the most stressful projects a little more enjoyable. I believe great design should drive real business results, but the best work happens when teams feel supported and maybe even have a few laughs along the way.
